It was pretty much this post which convinced me that J. Lynne of D-Cubed (Displaced. Dysfunctional. Discombobulated) was going to be getting a White Raven Award.
This blog is open, honest, and thoughtful. J. Lynne, the author, is a great writer and it shows. She blogs about where she’s come from, and where she’s been, using the blog to hash out her thoughts and feelings, both about her own life and about life in general. She’s generous with the link love too, and features great blog posts on her site on a regular basis. A “displaced southerner getting used to small-town New England life,” every day is some kind of adventure.
Enjoy. I’m a subscriber, and I definitely do.

Que Sera, Sera…
When I was just a little girl
I asked my mother, what will I be
Will I be pretty, will I be rich
Here’s what she said to me.
Que Sera, Sera,
Whatever will be, will be
The future’s not ours, to see
Que Sera, Sera
What will be, will be.
