Well, I’ve made it safely to Lovelock after going up and down various obscure little roadways, which was fun. I didn’t get up early enough this morning and didn’t leave ‘til 7, so that kinda made for a hot ride. Too hot, really. So I guess I’m going to have to really stick to that very very early leaving regiment, because I’m not going to survive otherwise.

But anyway, this hotel is supposed to have wireless, but unfortunately I don’t seem to be able to hook into it. It saw it when I first arrived, so maybe it’s gone down, I don’t know. Or maybe my wireless card got shaken up, who knows.

I’m going to go downtown and buy some stamps and get perhaps the one remaining snarf from this county that I haven’t got yet, except the one at the end of the dirt road, which I wasn’t going to get anyway.

Yep, well, anyway, I’m safe and I should be meeting Don tomorrow, so hopefully I’ll be able to get ahold of him later and make that arrangement and see how it goes! Bye!”
