TA truck stop

Filed in Blog, RVing

We couldn’t connect to anything from Flying J, so we trundled the RV over to TA travel plaza and I went in to poke around all the tat that is sold at such places. Not long after I returned Don announced that we could be up, and this place sells an hour for $1.99. Not bad.

Don discovered that the little end cap for our bumper, which holds in our sewer hoses, had flipped open, so he ran the generator and sanded the sides down some more with a power sander. It now makes a nice satisfying click when it closes and can be considered to be fast. This way, when I’m going down the highway on my bike behind the RV, I won’t get a strong waft of sewage as the thing makes its bid for freedom.
