A little trouble with my routine
Filed in BlogI’m having a little trouble with my routine: a classic attack of writer’s block. What I am finding is that when I get into that mode of “should” and “must” write my inner stubborn git comes right out and complains by refusing to let my words flow. So, I’m just writing this here for the helluvit and seeing if that unplugs the cork.
We’re breaking camp today and setting out to the Bay Area. I will ride behind on the bike. We’re coming down for the midnight Write-In tomorrow, to visit Camping World, to get mail and to visit a friend.
In other news, what’s with PayPerPost? Normally I have 50-60 opportunities to choose from. This morning there are 34, many of which are grayed out (which means that someone has claimed them but not yet submitted them) and the ones left over really are the dregs–opportunities where the requirements are so picky that I won’t touch them, or where they want a 300 word post for $5. This is not good!

I’m no expert, but writers block usually rears up when you run out of things to write about from your personal experiences. Its kinda difficult to write fiction…Best way is to go out and do whatever it is you’re supposed to be doing, and then write about it. Hope this helps.
Another thing is, I’ve never been able to figure out whether it is:
1. writers block
2. writer’s block
3. writers’ block
