The squirrels are coming
Filed in MotorcyclingSome while ago I had an experience where an industrious squirrel stashed a nut in the “v” of my v-twin. As I rode along, the nut superheated, and then set on fire. This I discovered at the gas station when I stopped. Stomping ensued.
Well, they’re back.
Last night I found a nut stashed behind the rear wheel of Beastie. Perhaps the squirrel wanted me to run it over and crack the nut that way.
I’m nervous. I will be checking my “v” frequently from now on.
