We finally got around to visiting the Hi Jolly cemetery so I could snarf the pyramid, and I got exciting news about some friends from Down Under coming to visit.

I explored Bakerfield’s historic sites and found beautiful architecture. Also, pink Philadelphia is a bit of a shock.

Amber and I got together to go mop up historical markers in Stockton. We’re starting to run out of material, but this doesn’t prevent our having a good time!

Last November I took one of my last rides of the year, to finish my Markeroni Challenge. I stopped off at the rest area on highway 299 and spotted this sign. Someone had stuck a funky little sticker over the sign-guy’s face. It was cute.
