BBC World at my service
Helen and John have headed to their Christmas camp, and the wind is whistling down the valley. Thanks to DH, I can now hear the BBC World Service…bwahahaha.
All sorts of Marias
There are big Marias, little Marias, and McCoys around here. Who knew? From here, you can see a rock formation that you can also see from Quartzsite.
Tiny little people
After meeting again at our Thanksgiving do yesterday, Helen and I got together for a walk through the LTVA.
Villagers
I temporarily acquired a dog, met two neighbors, and came out with a walking buddy.
Bee influx
Bees came to visit us today. We wish they hadn’t, but all that getting up and evicting them was exercise, at least.
Guests in the wilderness
Four nations meet in a desert, BBQ potatoes and ice cream, and a snarf with three mascots. Life is good.
Hi Jolly
We finally got around to visiting the Hi Jolly cemetery so I could snarf the pyramid, and I got exciting news about some friends from Down Under coming to visit.
Cloud effect
Solar is working out for us, and we even have Internet phone. It is nice to call home and find out all the news.
A walk down the hill
It was nice and quiet up on the hill with just the two rigs. I visited our friends and ironed out some kinks with the exercise.
