Yellow flowers

Filed in Daily Photo
Shamrock

These flowers, alongside Taco Bell in Lockeford, caught my eye. I used to have ones like these marking the boundary of my home. So pretty.

Isn’t it funny, in our modern, gentrified society, to find these little bits of land or spaces where someone has put in a little effort to make it beautiful - right next to something like a Taco Bell. It’s like seeing fine art that you really love — in an airport terminal :-) Or the opposite, eating a snickers bar in the Louvre.

That’s the truth of it! There are bits of beauty to be found almost everywhere, I think. You just have to get used to looking out for it.
