31/48 Seven movies I’ve seen recently
Filed in Blogathon 2007I’m really starting to struggle here. ;) I think I will take a nap after this one and get back to writing interesting posts. I canceled my Netflix a few days ago.
- That one with Whatsit DiCapprio with a South African accent about diamond mining and smuggling in Africa. Blood Diamond.
- That one with all the gold that was set in Imperial China with all the ninjas and back stabbing. Where the weird people announced what hour it was and the queen was getting poisoned. Curse of the Golden Flower. That was it.
- Doctor Who Season Two. Fantastic. If it absolutely must be a movie, then let’s pick Night at the Museum instead. That was funny, and silly.
- Um. Um. :: struggle :: Oh, hang on. I can check my saved Netflix queue. Silly me. Close Encounters of the Third Kind, for the umpth time.
- Happy Feet. Nice music, way too much sugar.
- History Boys. Pretentious. Didn’t like it.
- Charlotte’s Web. I did like it, which surprised me.

I have possible prizes for a contest if you are interested. I can’t find your email. Can you email me either at gmail or PM in the next few minutes. (It’s 11:11 here) and I’ll see if you can use them.

Actually, Cassy just rolled over on top of his kitty condo and is lightly snoring. Perhaps he can donate a half-hour cat-nap to you. Although it probably wouldn’t help all that much, come to think of it.
What are your favorite flavors of ice cream? Favorite desserts? Favorite main courses? (By the way, just to tantalize because I’m evil, we’re having DMom’s meat loaf for lunch tomorrow. Heh-heh-heh-heh-heh, she chortled evilly.)

I don’t Netflix, but I do love movies. Of those on your list, I’ve seen only #1 & #4. These days, I stick to movies I can see for free, and fortunately my public library has lots & lots to loan. :)
