Rumplestiltskin gold

When we were at Brannan Island in March, everything was lush and green. Now, it’s become California gold…or Rapunzel gold. When I was a kid, staple reading material was the Ladybird book series which included illustrated fairy tales. The straw that the foolish millers’s daughter had to spin into gold had just the same color.
