Blog Review: One man’s travel blog
Filed in ReviewsI thought I’d give a shout out to a blogger whom I really enjoy. One Man’s Travel Blog is, as the name suggests, a travel blog for one Graham Ettridge who, finding himself single again, needed something on which to focus. He uses his blog to motivate himself to go out on walks, and since he’s a pretty good photographer the resulting photo essays are wonderful.
It’s not just the photographs that keep me coming back, though, nor even the cooking posts (it was nice to see English-style pancakes on show this week). It’s the fact that he’s not afraid to write about what the things he sees make him feel, or to pretend that at times it’s not a lonely proposition.
My only “criticism” of this blog is that sometimes the photo posts are too long–splitting them up into smaller chunks and spreading them out over several days would be much easier on the reader. But it doesn’t stop me coming back and admiring them anyway. Oh no, siree.

Thank you so much for the kind review. I truly appreciate you comments - and I totally agree that some of my posts have too many photos (I get carried away sometimes…lol!). I like your suggestion of breaking them down into several posts rather than one long one.
You have a wonderful blog here too!!!!
Warmest regards and thank you again :)
