Name that bird 2

And here’s another bird I don’t know the name of. I know this: it looks like a British blackbird, but it’s smaller and more delicate, like a starling. It seems to have a ring around its eye, though you’d be hard-pressed to tell that from the photograph. They hang out around picnic areas and fast food joints.

Brewer’s Blackbirds have very pale eyes:

They’re often in mixed flocks with a few Red-winged Blackbirds, in parking lots.
