Mistletoe

Many of the trees had great hanging baskets of mistletoe. This plant fascinates me, as it adapts its appearance to complement that of its host.
I liked the way the sun was just pinging off the edges of the leaves.

I made it to Slovenia this weekend! Sadly it was sans motorcycle, I was in Croatia with a cheap flight and took the train for the day. I LOVED the train ride, but all I could keep thinking was how much I NEED to come back and go through Slovenia by bike!!!
