Lodi veterans’ plaza

Filed in Daily Photo
Veterans' plaza

The Lodi Veterans’ Plaza is a striking walkway with stones carved in sayings and an eternal flame over water. Each element has some kind of significance which is explained in a plaque at the end. It’s hard to photograph the entire thing end-on because it’s opposite an open roadway, but the monument creates its own kind of peace.
