Not my first ladybug of the season, but pretty close. I think I saw the first one just a few days earlier. I’m really chuffed at how well I did with the macro button on my “point and shoot” camera–a feature I’d never really played with that much before.
Oh, and that word? It’s Slovene for “ladybug.” You pronounce it “pick-a-pol-ont-sa.” :)
