The gist is this: some time during the night the cats raided JR’s can of Fancy Feast and stuffed it, and there were several piles of cat puke waiting for me to clear up. JR is not passing water: he goes to the litter box but very little comes out. In other words, we’re back to where we were a couple of weeks ago and quite possibly looking at a surgery that we can’t afford.

Oh well: we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.
