Glenn County

Filed in Blog, RVing

Now we’re in Glenn County, and it’s dark. We’re at a rest stop and the oven is heating up for pizza. The cats seem to be out, having figured out that it’s safe to come out every time the engine cuts. It’s funny how quickly they vanish when the humans head to the cab area, though.

I find it really amusing that when we rolled in here and saw the satellite dish on top of the big RV parked nearby that both of us wondered whether any wireless might be had. ;) Alas, ’tis not to be.

I also am tickled pink to discover that much as the signs direct RVs and trucks to a special parking lot in back with big spaces, Harvey is absolutely dwarfed by every other vehicle in the parking lot.

It’s probably the first time he’s ever felt petite.
