Department of silly letters
Filed in BlogWe just got a letter from the department of housing and community development.
Apparently, our mobile home park, you know, the one that’s going to be pulled down by the end of August, is going to be having a code compliance inspection in the next 60 days. If we are found to be in violation of code, we have 60 days during which to fix the problem, presumably by surrendering the property to the builder to be ripped down.
You could probably hear my laughter all the way to Sacramento, which is where this letter originated.
