Dancing dolphins

Aren’t they pretty? The dolphins looked a lot better in real life, of course. I have a lot to learn about night photography and this camera.

I have the same issue with my camera…I haven’t yet figured out how to take night shots!

Tripod :) It’s the best way to get any night shots, especially of lights. Still looks cool!

Carmi–thanks! But actually I’ve had the camera for around four years now…I’ve taken 14,000 shots and almost worn it out (the zoom is well on the way to dying).

Hi Angela
I’m not entirely sure that they do a tripod for my camera…it’s a Canon Powershot S70. Would it have helped much for this shot, given that it is a moving target? I very rarely shoot at night so I’m curious. :)
