The division of UK driver’s licensing that deals with personalized registrations is holding a contest to photograph the best motorcycle views in the UK.

Me too. Hardknott Pass is in northern England and is the steepest pass in the country. I think something like 33% or 25%. There’s a Roman Fort up there. I dream of one day doing a Raven’s Quest with the English Heritage properties.
