Big stonkin’ moon
Filed in BlogWas lucky enough to witness a moon rise today, and what a big, fat, pregnant full moon she was. She started off kind of reddish, then rising up became an almost blinding, pure white.
Just got back from what will be my last trip to the storage shed before moving day. Our neighbor came out and offered to sell some stuff for us in a last-fling yard sale this weekend. That’s pretty cool.
I’m cooking peas for supper. We’re emptying out the freezer. I’ll probably have fish sticks for breakfast. ;)
Right now it’s looking as though we’ll get a small U-Haul on Saturday, fill it up Saturday night and go dump everything in the storage shed on Sunday. Don’s talking of taking a trip out there again while I work the next few days. I have one large box of “filing” to finish and then I’m done with that, too. After that I’m packing up what’s left of my room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. I don’t know where we’ll stay Sunday night. A motel, perhaps, or camping.
I regret taking down my notice boards, even though we really only have a few more days. The walls are so bare now. Ugly–a glaring reminder of what is to come.
Que sera, sera…

I love watching a full moon rise. There is something magical about it.
