This anchor is at the visitor center of Brannan Island state park. The center never opened as the park has a shortage of volunteers. It (the anchor, not the visitor center) was dredged up in one of the Delta rivers and belonged to an old fishing barge.

Poor anchor. Should be free to roam at sea and poke around on ocean floors. Instead sitting all chained and tied up here.
