Airport Serendipity

Filed in Motorcycle Road Trips, Raven's Roads 2005

The woman sitting next to me with her kids asked me what time it was, and I had to think hard because my laptop is set to Texas time. I was just getting my cellphone out to check (because it’s on Albuquerque time) when it rang, and my ride called me to say she was on her way…and the woman’s husband showed up.

All change!

Laptop is now AFAIK on New Mexico time, and the sprog two benches down is having a high-pitched screaming fit.

I do *not* like the sound of howling babies/children. ;-)
