A slight change of plan

Among other things, my husband’s boss has um, “suggested” that he use some of the vacation he has accrued. In other words, use it or lose it.

We’ve been looking at the weather and, while I can probably get over the mountains without snow or other nasties, I’ll still most likely end up riding out a storm somewhere along the line.

So, Don suggested leaving around the same time as I leave - which is after the next storm system gets out of the way - probably Sunday. And meeting halfway.

It’s going to extend my trip to five weeks, but gee, I get to ride with my husband for a number of days. There’s not much of an argument on my side. ;-) AND I get to play with someone in Vegas, which is distinctly a couples’ kind of a city.

Raven’s Roads has more twists and turns than the road up the mountain we took the other day. ;-)

I’m going to go into work mode for a few days…Oakwoman has work to do, and now that I know I will be delaying, I can settle in and do some of the stuff I would otherwise have left until my return.
