9th July — Pyramid Lake
Filed in Nevada 2006In the morning I took the Pyramid Lake loop. Didn’t stop much–not many safe places for my two wheels. I had to sail by one historical marker because I couldn’t see a single safe place to stop–the pullout was all soft earth and looked impossible.
I was quite keen to go there, because I’d seen it from the air as I flew to England last September.
