42/48 The meaning of life
Filed in Blogathon 2007I’m very, very tired. I’m definitely going to need a cat-nap.
Don has retired for the night. I’ll be along in…oh, a little under 4 hours. ;)
I’m just thinking that this has been a wonderful experience so far. Despite the fact that I am fading into the background, it’s been awesome to be part of something like this. I’m glad I let common sense be secondary to intuition.
Among other things, I feel very privileged to have friends who’d stay up this late for me, and writing about my travels and homes has brought it home to me how lucky I am. I’m lucky to have had family who loved to travel, and that this rubbed off. I’m lucky to live in a world where it’s possible to travel, because frankly, travel rocks my world.
I raise a virtual glass to you all. :)
PS I think I’ve missed responding to some comments–I will go through them after I’ve slept, and post answers to any I think I’ve missed. :)
