Sun setting on a long day

Sun setting on a long day

26 January 2009:The sun sets on a long day. We spent the night at Lake Oroville SRA.

Rural 99

Rural 99

I liked seeing the clouds over the highway and the more rural feel of highway 99.

Silver olives

Silver olives

These lovely trees (olives?) were swaying in the wind, their leaves moving like the waves of the oceans. Their pale green leaves had a silvery sheen which caught the cold winter sunlight.
